What You Will Need
To make Mud Energy Balls you will need;
- 1/4 cup MUD\WTR
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 2 cups oats
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free flour (coconut, almond, etc.)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add mud, cacao, oats, and gluten free flour into a bowl and mix to combine. In a separate bowl, add coconut oil, almond butter, maple syrup, honey, and vanilla. Then whisk to combine.
Then add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix to combine. Roll into 1.5 inch balls and place in a parchment paper-lined container.
Sprinkle with sea salt and then refrigerate for an hour before eating.
