Lion's mane has the ability to improve cognitive function, brain health, and mental health.
Lion's Mane is one of the most interesting legal mushrooms available.It is found in North America, East Asia, and Europe. The fungus has the ability to improve neuro performance while synchronously improving neuro health. Hericium Erinaceus (the scientific name for lion's mane) has been growing in popularity more due to its strong nootropic effects. Lion’s mane stimulates the production of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF). This protein can stimulate new brain cells and even strengthen existing ones.
