What's your morning ritual look like?
My mornings typically start off with a Mudwtr smoothie, bike ride to the local lagoon, swim some laps, stretch a bit after and then get the day started
What's your favorite mud recipe?
All organic Mudwtr smoothie! Frozen berries, banana, mud, mct powder, spirulina powder, cacao powder, peanut butter and chard/kale!
How does mud make you feel?
Mud makes me feel energized and balanced whilst maintaining a clear state of mind

January 7th, 1997 in Kalamazoo, Michigan!
What's your outlet?
Skateboarding, swimming, slacklining, long rides on the bike and playing music are some of my favorite things to do!

What do you wish you could change about the world?
If I could change the world I would ask for more love, peace, community and to live more sustainably and one with the earth.
