Meditation, prayer, cardio, shower, breakfast + MUD, morning pages, begin work

Pretty simple; MUD with oat mylk and honey. Boom

Joburg, South Africa in 1987

Illustration, painting, movement, cooking, screaming in a pillow or on the top of a mountain

What inspires you?
Pretty much everything; especially nature in all it's seasons and lessons, the book "Women Who Runs with the Wolves", the sun and stars, my lineage and South Asian culture, colorful things and people

What do you wish you could change about the world?
For every human to be emotionally-intelligent and to take responsibility over their own feelings and needs (instead of projecting them via hate and violence, displacing them onto to innocent or vulnerable others, or assuming that others will take care of them)
