The deets.

What's your morning ritual look like?
Wake up, try to refrain from getting sucked into an instagram worm hole, stretch, do a quick workout, make a light breakfast, sip on some mud while crushing some emails, and then go for a ride.

What's your favorite mud recipe?
I usually keep it pretty simple. Spoonful of mud and a dash of creamer. Depending on the day though sometimes I mix the mud up into a protein shake if I'm tryin to get out of the house quick and early.

How does mud make you feel?
Like I'm doing something that actually benefits me and my health. I get just enough buzz to get me goin, but not enough to feel any kind of crash.

When and where were you born?
Santa Cruz, CA in July of '89. 80's were tight.

What is your outlet?
Sport (specifically bike riding, or building dirt jumps) is my creative and energetic outlet, and it's all I've ever really known to keep me sane and feeling productive over the years. Sometimes I get more satisfaction out of sculpting something out of dirt than I do from actually riding it. I've been injured for the majority of 2020 thus far though, so I've been expanding my horizons and have gotten pretty into photography lately.

What is your favorite quote?
"Poop or get off the pot." Simple, but effective. It applies to a lot of different aspects in life if you really think about it.

What inspires you?
Art, music, motorcycles, and a handful of athletes that I strongly admire.

What do you wish you could change about the world?
I wish people could live their lives with more of an open-mind, stay in their own lane, and chase their own dreams.
