My MUD\WTR experience
Before I tried MUD, my gut was telling me to cut back on caffeine as it seemed to worsen symptoms of anxiety (throat tightness, insomnia, digestive issues, occasional rapid heart beat, etc.). So, I began looking for an alternative to the organic coffee I'd been drinking once/day. From the first day I tried MUD, my anxiety began to decrease and I began to feel more calm. I have had it almost daily since replacing my cup of coffee with it. I can tell when I haven't had my MUD for the day. I ordered a big bag of it in addition to my monthly order so I'll be sure not to run out. Thanks for making this delicious drink available. One of my favorite ways to prepare my MUD is to blend it with hot water, coconut oil, and a dash of cinnamon. I'm happy to supplement my routine with this!
