    Wow!

    I ordered the the evening starter kit. had an issue with shipping but customer service responded quickly and took good care of me.

    Hot water, some honey and a little milk and I'm hooked! I could drink gallons of this stuff, I highly recommend!

    Senior Consumer LOVES MUD\WTR

    As I approach my 68th birthday my children and (often much) younger friends are surprised when I tell them about my love for MUD\WTR. I look forward to my twice daily treat because I enjoy "rise" in the morning and "rest" in the evening. I love the taste as well as the health benefits I read about and experience.     Night time routine

    I have been drinking :rest for over a year now and my bedtime routine has never been better. I track my sleep via Apple Watch(SleepWatch app) and my quality sleep is at an all time high. My deep sleep and restful sleep has continuously improved.

    The more my quality of sleep goes up the less dependency I have on a morning stimulant.

    This product is fantastic. I am very happy with the results it has brought.

    :rest is an important part of my morning ritual

Nope, :rest Rooibos is caffeine-free. It's our nighttime blend we designed to help you prepare for a better night's sleep.

Is there sugar in :rest Rooibos?

Nope. There are no sugars or sneaky sweeteners added. If it's not sweet enough for ya, try adding some of our own :sweetener. It's the least-bad sweetener money can buy.

Where are your products made?

MUD\WTR started in and operates out of Venice, CA. All of our mushrooms are American-grown, while the rest of our ingredients are sourced from all over the world, before being dropped off at our production facility by peregrine falcon.

Where are your mushrooms from?

All of our mushrooms are grown in the U.S.A., baby. We work with producers in California and Nevada, but only the very best of 'em.

Can you drink :rest Rooibos while pregnant?

We're not doctors and we don't pretend to be. Consult your physician before making any changes to your diet during pregnancy.
