How to make the perfect turmeric tea

Pour 6-12 oz. of hot milk or water.

I can no longer drink coffee every day (even decaf) due to my caffeine sensitivity so I have loved making the switch to this Tumeric mud water for most mornings. It's a soothing, slightly sweet blend with the perfect hint of spice. I often add a little cocoa powder or Ginger tea for added flavor. If I want a little caffeine I add a half teaspoon of the Rise mud water. Very happy to have made this part of my morning routine!
