What is sediment and why is it at the bottom of my mud mug?
MUD\WTR is made from 100% organic, all-natural ingredients. Some of those ingredients don't naturally fully dissolve in water. But that's by design. This sediment is not your grandma's tang recipe. That sediment is made of the most antioxidant-rich ingredients on the planet like cloves and cacao. There's also some cinnamon in there. Cacao has been hailed as the “food of the gods” because it has more antioxidants than any other food on the planet. It’s also rich in magnesium. When we were lookin’ out for your nutrients, we just thought you deserved the best. Despite these characteristics, cacao is not naturally water-soluble, but don’t let that go to waste. Use a frother to displace it so you can sip it or try to re-steep it by itself and enjoy mud for a second time. Think of it as a bonus round mud. You might not like it but your free radicals really don't like it.
What is the frother all about?

How much mud should I drink?
“Everything in moderation, including moderation.” ― Oscar Wilde
Quality over quantity, as they say. But every once in awhile life requires some quantity. At MUD HQ, we typically drink 2-3 cups a day. The ideal amount of mud is 6g per serving which is slightly less than a tablespoon. We recommend spacing out the dosing as a morning and afternoon drink.
