    This product really does help me sleep better. Great taste and has very little residue compared to the Rise formula. The only thing I would change is the bag, as once opened the zip seal does not fully close. Seems to be a recurring thing with these bags. I highly recommend this product!

    So....... I gave up coffee because it would send me into overdrive and actually ruin my concentration when sat in front of my military CPU.

    I have a tendency toward ADHD when it comes to concentration and thought process.

    Since switching to rest blend, which I drink morning and evening. I find myself focused and way more productive.

    To the point where I am now picking up extra work each day.

    Rest blend mixed with fothed Starbucks Lavender non dairy creamer (i have a lactose sensitivity), sprinkled with cinnamon, Is simply delightful, I will never return to coffee

    I get a better quality of sleep when I have a cup of Rest before bed.

    When I occasionally miss one or more nights, I find I wake up multiple times during those nights.

Nope, :rest Rooibos is caffeine-free. It's our nighttime blend we designed to help you prepare for a better night's sleep.

Is there sugar in :rest Rooibos?

Nope. There are no sugars or sneaky sweeteners added. If it's not sweet enough for ya, try adding some of our own :sweetener. It's the least-bad sweetener money can buy.

Where are your products made?

MUD\WTR started in and operates out of Venice, CA. All of our mushrooms are American-grown, while the rest of our ingredients are sourced from all over the world, before being dropped off at our production facility by peregrine falcon.

Where are your mushrooms from?

All of our mushrooms are grown in the U.S.A., baby. We work with producers in California and Nevada, but only the very best of 'em.

Can you drink :rest Rooibos while pregnant?

We're not doctors and we don't pretend to be. Consult your physician before making any changes to your diet during pregnancy.
