We gladly accept returns on all orders of unopened, unworn, and undamaged items within 30 days of the purchase date. We also accept claims of malfunctioning Mud Whip frothers within 1 year of the purchase date.

Items returned without using our authorized return process will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
If the returned item is open, worn, or damaged upon arrival at our facility, we will not honor any previously approved refund or replacement.
Please take care in packing your MUD\WTR items for return. We are not responsible for any non-MUD\WTR items that are shipped back to our facility.
Refunds will be made only in the form of the original payment.
Canada & Australia Returns
MUD\WTR will accept returns from Canada and Australia, although currently we don’t provide return shipping labels for these locations. We’re working on it! In the meantime, feel free to submit your return using the "Start" button below and by providing your own label.
