Ingredients

  • 2 bags chamomile tea or ¼ cup dehydrated chamomile buds
  • 1 ½ cups hot water
  • 1 tsp :rest
  • 1 tsp honey
  • juice half a lemon

Directions

  1. Steep tea or dehydrated chamomile buds in the hot water for 5 mins.
  2. Strain the tea and add :rest, honey, and lemon.
  3. Mix using the frother and pour it into a mug of choice.
  4. Garnish with a few chamomile buds and enjoy.
