Chocolate Mud Recovery Smoothie

- 1 cup nut milk of choice
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tbsp MUD\WTR
- 1 tbsp maca
- 1 tsp astragalus extract powder
- ¼ avocado
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 frozen banana
- 3 pitted dates
- Blend every ingredient in a high speed blender.
- Garnish with cacao nibs & cacao dusting before serving!
