Between busy work schedules, workouts and another birthday brunch, we all need a boost from time to time. No need to grab a coffee from Starbucks—no one has time for that drive thru line anyway. Give this Chocolate Mud Recovery Smoothie a chance the next time you’re feeling tired.


  • 1 cup nut milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp MUD\WTR
  • 1 tbsp maca
  • 1 tsp astragalus extract powder
  • ¼ avocado
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 pitted dates


  1. Blend every ingredient in a high speed blender.
  2. Garnish with cacao nibs & cacao dusting before serving!
