Mud Frappe

If frappucinos from Starbucks were your favorite splurge back in the day, you're in for a treat. This recipe takes less than 5 minutes to whip up in your blender and tastes just like the fast food favorite, but has way less caffeine and sugar and is made from just a few simple ingredients you already have at home. We give you the Mud Frappe.


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 2 tbsp MUD\WTR
  • 2 tbsp MUD\WTR Coconut Creamer
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of oat milk


  1. Add all ingredients to blender
  2. Blend to desired texture
  3. Enjoy!
