Nope, :rest Rooibos is caffeine-free. It's our nighttime blend we designed to help you prepare for a better night's sleep.

Is there sugar in :rest Rooibos?

Nope. There are no sugars or sneaky sweeteners added. If it's not sweet enough for ya, try adding some of our own :sweetener. It's the least-bad sweetener money can buy.

Where are your products made?

MUD\WTR started in and operates out of Venice, CA. All of our mushrooms are American-grown, while the rest of our ingredients are sourced from all over the world, before being dropped off at our production facility by peregrine falcon.

All of our mushrooms are grown in the U.S.A., baby. We work with producers in California and Nevada, but only the very best of 'em.

    A Natural Relief for Painful Periods – A Game-Changer!

    Love it!

    I couldn't sleep one night and made myself a cup of this at 2 am.. was asleep before 3! It's so soothing, relaxing and a much better nightly ritual than my previous habit of raiding the fridge late night!

    Finally sleeping

    Battling insomnia for a while and tried so many things, this is my favorite. I mix with homemade almond milk and about 1/2-1t of cacao powder for a cozy hot chocolate feeling.
