    Calm and relaxed

    Worth getting into

    I had this realization that I just want something comforting to drink at night, wine is too expensive and too easy to overdrink, and none of the herbal or night time teas had that right combination of things to become a nightly ritual for me. REST feels like more than tea. It's thicker, it has health benefits that I feel good about with my chronic neurological condition, it tastes great and it's versatile enough to blend or add to, depending on my mood. But the magic is in how it makes me feel. Drinking it slowly and intentionally is a ritual in itself, but the act of drinking it slowly and feeling the anxiousness drain out of me has become an essential evening practice. I believe in the future of medicinal mushroom research and I believe in letting good things in to your mental and physical space. This company has created something really good and worth getting into.

    Probably my favorite mix .

    I've tried all of the flavors MUD\WTR offers and this by far my favorite mix, I have a hard time sleeping and this is pretty decent at relaxing me enough to get some shut eye.

    I can't recommend it enough!!

    Relaxing

    Rest has become a nightly ritual for me. I really enjoy it. I add honey and a touch of milk and drink it before bed. The flavor is warm and creamy when adding milk. Honestly I can't go with out it now. It's also helped my anxiety.

    Daughter says "I love Rest mud\wtr"!

    Clears the Mental Fog

    I really enjoy my MUD/WTR :rest blend. After drinking it everyday for a month, I can say that my mental state has improved noticeably. Typically, after a day at work, I get home mentally fatigued and ready to vegetate. Not anymore! My post-work headaches are gone, and I have the mental warewithal to enjoy my relaxing evenings with a book or other activity. I enjoy not being a total potato anymore.

    The flavor of the :rest blend is one of my favorites. It's nice and earthy, but not too earthy.

MUD\WTR started in and operates out of Venice, CA. All of our mushrooms are American-grown, while the rest of our ingredients are sourced from all over the world, before being dropped off at our production facility by peregrine falcon.
