How To Make Mud Pancakes

We like to think if Jack Johnson gave these a try our favorite song by him would have went a little different. While we all love banana pancakes, we decided we could add a hint of something to make it our own. Amber, a culinary genius and customer of ours added some mud to hers and we aren't going back to the original flapjack recipe anytime soon. We give you, Mud Pancakes;

Ingredients

  • 1 ⅓ cups flour 

  • 2 tbsp MUD\WTR 

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 2 tbsp sugar 

  • 1 ¼ cup coconut milk 

  • 1 egg 

  • 3 tbsp butter (melted) 

  • 3 ½ tsp baking powder 

  • 1 tsp salt 

Directions

Add ingredients to a bowl and whisk to combine. Pour desired amount of mixture onto a skillet on medium-high heat. Let cook for about a minute then flip pancake and cook until golden. This will give you about 8 pancakes.
