What's your morning ritual look like?

I say a few prayers as soon as I open my eyes, then drink water, meditate, do a few rounds of breathwork, make my bed, read a sacred text, create content. Then go for a workout class or a run on the beach.

What's your favorite mud recipe?

Macadamia mylk, ghee, honey, and MUD!

How does mud make you feel?

Energized and relaxed. SO GOOD!
