- 1 banana
- 6 flax seed crackers
- 6 dark chocolate chips
- 4 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp MUD\WTR
- Slice bananas
- Layer on top of the flax seed crackers
- Add peanut butter to top of bananas
- Sprinkle on the Mud magic + chia seeds for an energy boost!
