Mud Energy Bites

We're all guilty of skipping meals as soon as our calendar fills up with back to back meetings. The best way to avoid this is preparation. This recipe is a quick alternative to the cookie jar or the oven pizza you said was for dinner on the weekend. Give these Mud Energy Bites a try the next time you are wanting a healthy snack in between Zoom calls!


  • 1 banana
  • 6 flax seed crackers
  • 6 dark chocolate chips
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp MUD\WTR


  1. Slice bananas
  2. Layer on top of the flax seed crackers
  3. Add peanut butter to top of bananas
  4. Sprinkle on the Mud magic + chia seeds for an energy boost!
  5. Add chocolate chips for your sweet tooth
  6. Serve + enjoy!
