MUD\WTR Nourish: Choco-Nana Smoothie

This creamy, satisfying smoothie blends carbs, our Nourish Chocolate protein, and healthy fats for a balanced meal or post-workout refuel.

Serving:

1 cup

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop of Nourish Chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparations:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy
