WTF is
MUD\WTR was dreamt up to reduce my coffee dependence. Coffee is a stimulant, slingshotting my energy levels, I wanted a more balanced approach to boosting focus and wakefulness.

So, I've tried a couple of mushroom coffees for not only the promised health benefits, but also trying to share in my husband's love of coffee (which I really don't like). Mud \ Wtr has been more than I was looking for! The benefits of the mushrooms and it tastes great (because it's not coffee). I look forward to my cup every morning. I can't wait to try the Turmeric one as well.
