:mushroom boost Banana Smoothie
We’re going bananas for this :mushroom boost smoothie! OK, that was super lame. But our enthusiasm is genuine. There are so many ways to enjoy MUD\WTR’s new :mushroom boost blend (hot or cold, in drinks or baked goods) that it’s hard to know where to begin. This might just be the answer.
- 1 tsp MUD\WTR :mushroom boost
- 1 frozen banana, in chunks
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
- Add banana, honey, :mushroom boost and milk to a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add some ice to thicken or a little more milk to thin the smoothie out.
- All set? Great. Pour, drink and enjoy.
