We nearly called this one Orange is the New MUD\WTR smoothie, but Netflix threatened us with a cease-and-desist (just kidding). Regardless, Chef Gabe’s latest mud smoothie is sharp, sweet, refreshing and as bright as the midday sun. It’s an easy one to throw together, so you’ve got no excuse to skip this one.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup thinly sliced carrot rounds
  • ½ tsp grated ginger
  • ½ tsp grated turmeric
  • 1 tbsp MUD\WTR’s :rise Cacao blend
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • ½ cup coconut milk 
  • 1 large apple, chopped into cubes
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple 
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup

 

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy.
