Smoothie bowl season is among us. With warm on the rise, we like to opt for this smoothie bowl to boost our morning MUD\WTR ritual. Try this out for the next morning or even afternoon snack when the weather is warm.

Ingredients

Smoothie:

Toppings:

  • 4 strawberries
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp puffed quinoa
  • 2 tbsp coconut shreds

Directions

  1. Blend together the frozen bananas, spinach, cacao, MUD\WTR's :rise Cacao blend and almond milk in a blender
  2. Pour into a smoothie bowl
  3. Cover with your favorite toppings!
