Chunky Monkey Mud Smoothie Bowl

Smoothie bowl season is among us. With warm weather a short way away, we like to opt for this smoothie bowl boost our morning mud ritual. Try this out the next morning or even afternoon snack when the weather is warm out!



  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup of frozen spinach
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp MUD\WTR
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk


  • 4 strawberries
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp puffed quinoa
  • 2 tbsp coconut shreds


  1. Blend together frozen bananas, spinach, cacao, Mud and almond milk in a blender
  2. Pour into smoothie bowl
  3. Cover with your favorite toppings!
