Feelin Lucky Matcha Bliss Balls

Happy St. Patricks Day from the Mud Team! While we would have opted for green eggs, Wednesday's are the day of the week some members on the team fast for 24 hours. So we decided to have something ready for dessert to celebrate another Wednesday fast while still being festive. So our in house recipe maker Frankie went to work for a recipe that would keep us motivated through the day. We give you, Feelin Lucky Matcha Bliss Mud Balls 

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup of almonds
  • ½ cup of chia seeds
  • 1 cup of medjool dates
  • ½ cup of cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp of MUD\WTR
  • 2 tbsp oat milk
  • ¼ cup of matcha powder *for rolling them in after*

Directions

  1. Add chia seeds and almonds to a food processor and grind until small chunks
  2. Add dates into the mixture and process until they come together into a sticky ball
  3. Break up ball and add in cocoa powder and oat milk
  4. Process until all ingredients have been combined and form into a large sticky ball again
  5. Roll into 20 small balls and dust with matcha powder
  6. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or longer in freezer
