Turmeric has been raved about for years because of its anti-inflammatory benefits. It also happens to be the star ingredient of our new mushroom blend, :balance Turmeric. You can drink it as a latte or add a scoop to your smoothie, like this Golden Mylk Bowl.


  • 1 tbsp of :balance Turmeric
  • 1 ¼ cup Almond Milk or plant-based milk of choice
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Medjool Dates
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter or nut butter of choice
  • 3 frozen Bananas
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds


  1. Add all ingredients except the hemp seeds to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the mixture to a bowl.
  3. Sprinkle hemp seeds on top of the smoothie bowl. Top with a small pinch of turmeric. Serve immediately and enjoy.
