Golden Mylk Bowl

The deets.

Turmeric has been raved about for years because of the anti-inflammatory benefits it brings. But not everyone loves the flavor it. If you aren't a fan of the flavor but want the benefits try this out. Our Golden Mylk Mud Bowl;

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp MUD\WTR
  • 1 ¼ cup Almond Milk or plant-based milk of choice
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Medjool Dates
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter or nut butter of choice
  • 3 frozen Bananas
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except the hemp seeds to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth
  2. Add the mixture to a bowl
  3. Sprinkle hemp seeds on top of the smoothie bowl. Top with a small pinch of turmeric. Serve immediately and enjoy like the legend you are
