Golden Mylk Bowl
Turmeric has been raved about for years because of the anti-inflammatory benefits it brings. But not everyone loves the flavor it. If you aren't a fan of the flavor but want the benefits try this out. Our Golden Mylk Mud Bowl;
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp MUD\WTR
- 1 ¼ cup Almond Milk or plant-based milk of choice
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Medjool Dates
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter or nut butter of choice
- 3 frozen Bananas
- 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
Directions
- Add all ingredients except the hemp seeds to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth
- Add the mixture to a bowl
- Sprinkle hemp seeds on top of the smoothie bowl. Top with a small pinch of turmeric. Serve immediately and enjoy like the legend you are
