Our take on the traditional Indian drink that's kinda like a smoothie, almost like a milkshake, but something else entirely. This Mango :rest Lassi is a little sweet, a little spicy and comes loaded with adaptogenic mushrooms thanks to a nice big spoonful of :rest.
Ingredients
- 2 large mangoes, peeled, seeded and frozen into cubes
- 1 cup coconut yogurt
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp MUD\WTR's :rest blend
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Directions
- In a high speed blender, add the frozen mango, yogurt and coconut milk. Blend until smooth.
- Next, add the :rest, maple syrup and cinnamon. Blend it up again.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy. Recommended: Combine with your local sunset for best results.
