Who doesn't love a refreshing afternoon pick-me-up? We know we do. That's why we combined MUD\WTR's :balance Turmeric blend with the revitalizing flavors of ginger and frozen mango. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp/ 6 g MUD\WTR's :balance Turmeric blend
  • 1 cup/126 g of frozen mango
  • 1 cup/126 g of frozen banana
  • 1/2” peeled ginger
  • 1 small carrot peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cup/ 106 g of cashew milk (option to sub yogurt)
  • .5 tbsp/ 5 g maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Throw everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
