Revitalizing Turmeric Mango Smoothie

Who doesn't love a refreshing afternoon pick-me-up? We know we do. That's why we combined MUD\WTR's :balance Turmeric blend with the revitalizing flavors of ginger and frozen mango.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp/ 6 g MUD\WTR's :balance Turmeric blend
- 1 cup/126 g of frozen mango
- 1 cup/126 g of frozen banana
- 1/2” peeled ginger
- 1 small carrot peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup/ 106 g of cashew milk (option to sub yogurt)
- .5 tbsp/ 5 g maple syrup
Directions:
- Throw everything in the blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
