I've tried this product a few different ways - the first time was mixing into a smoothie with frozen banana, dates, cashews and coconut water. It was delicious and I felt terrific all day - I had this sense that I had this energy burst, but something was keeping it at a sustainable level. I also had a great deal of clarity and I was able to sleep fine that night.
I continued to drink it for several days, sometimes straight with honey, but mostly mixed into cashew milk sweetened with dates and served chilled. It continue to make me feel good, however, after a couple of weeks I began noticing a slight level of anxiety so I've since backed off.
I have never done much caffeine at all so I'm coming from practically none to the small amount in Mud wtr and it may still be too much for me. I do drink caffeine on the weekends and it definitely affects me but I might make this more of a weekend drink or an occasional mid week treat.
I still give it 5 stars because my reaction isn't typical, I'm sure, and even still, the taste and other benefits I've gotten from this has been terrific so I would highly recommend this product.
