MUD\WTR
MUD\WTR started when I realized the way I was using caffeine wasn’t helping me feel the way I wanted to feel. Coffee wasn’t the enemy. Too much caffeine was. I wanted a way to rise that supported my mind instead of spinning it out.
So I got curious. I looked at my habits — the ones I’d never questioned — and asked whether they were actually helping me show up as myself. That question led to a new kind of ritual, one built around functional mushrooms and a more intentional way to begin the day.
From there, MUD\WTR became less about a single product and more about a simple idea: healthy habits create healthy minds. Over time, that’s grown into rituals that help you rise, rest, and nourish yourself with a little more awareness.

Don't like the taste
Don't like the mixer. I tried in milk. Hot milk. Hot water. Cold water. Warm water.
It just seems like a messy job to maybe get some benefits. Might be good for others. Not me. Packaging is OK.

I ordered the tumeric for my first order bcz I heard turmeric is good for you so I thought why not but to me ? The turmeric tastes SO bad it's not drinkable. You may like it but I can't stand the taste. I'm not giving up tho I changed to original for next month & Ill review that when I get it. I would really give it one star bcz I'd rather drink out of my toilet than have to drink the turmeric blend but I know it's really healthy & again you may like it. Everyone taste is different so I'm giving it a 3 for being healthy , I can't wait for next month to try original bcz it's a lot to spend this month to just toss it out. Keeping my fingers crossed for next months original
