Sometimes you need a little spice in your life. Adding cayenne pepper to your mud can be a great way to bring some new flavor to your morning ritual. MUD\WTR Advocate Alea Rain likes her mud always spicy and sometimes sweet. When she sent us this recipe we gave it a try and had to share. 

Ingredients

  • Hot vanilla macadamia milk
  • Dash of cayenne
  • 1 banana (optional)
  • 1 serving of MUD\WTR

Directions

  1. Heat your milk of choice
  2. Combine mud and cayenne in a mug
  3. Add macadamia milk 
  4. (if blended) Add frozen banana, mud, and cold macadamia milk to blender
