Chocolate Mud Banana Smoothie Bowl

Mud is typically served hot and in the mornings, but we recommend switching things up every once in a while. Hot days call for mud smoothies and Chocolate Mud Banana Smoothie Bowls.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp MUD\WTR's :rise Cacao blend
  • 1 ¼ cup almond milk or plant-based milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp cocoa Powder
  • 2 tbsp peanut Butter or nut butter of choice
  • 3 frozen bananas
  • ½ fresh banana

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients except the cacao nibs and fresh banana to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth
  2. Add the mixture to a bowl
  3. Top with freshly sliced banana, cacao nibs and a small pinch of cocoa powder
  4. Serve and enjoy
