Spring is here! With warmer days ahead, we recommend switching up your morning routine and adding some ice to your mud. Yes you can drink your mud iced! We put together the perfect latte for the next Farmer's Market outing or even mid day errand run. We give you the Iced Lavender Latte.
Ingredients For Lavender Syrup
- 2 pitted dates
- ½ cup alkalized water
- 2 tsp dried culinarily lavender
Ingredients For Latte
- 1 cup of ice
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup coconut cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp MUD\WTR's :rise Cacao or :rest Rooibos blend
- fresh lavender for garnish
Directions
- Place dates + water in a saucepan over low heat. Bring it to a simmer and cook for 2-5 minutes (until dates are softened)
- Transfer date mixture into blender: mix + blend
- Pour back into the saucepan, add lavender and simmer for 1 minute
- Strain again to get the finalized soft syrup
- Add in a blender all ingredients: mix + blend
- Garnish with fresh lavender & enjoy!
