Mint Chocolate Chip MUD\WTR Smoothie

We've been on a smoothie kick lately here at MUD\WTR. So we had one of our favorite desserts made into something we can drink in the morning. It takes the classic mint + chocolate chip smoothie to a whole new level with a touch of coconut and MUD\WTR's :rise Cacao blend. There's no better way to satisfy your sweet tooth or cool craving than with this healthy and delicious smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 coconut (water + skin)
  • 2 ½ frozen bananas
  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder (optional)
  • 1 drop of food grade peppermint essential oil
  • 1 tbsp MUD\WTR's :rise Cacao blend

Directions

  1. Freeze bananas (important for the thickness of the smoothie).
  2. Chop the coconut, separated the liquid from the skin.
  3. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Top with chocolate chips and a sprinkle of MUD\WTR's :rise Cacao blend on top.
  5. Enjoy!
