Mud Blueberry Muffin Smoothie

While everyone's diet on the MUD\WTR team varies, we all agree that muffins taste amazing. And the only thing better than a blueberry muffin, is a healthy smoothie that tastes like one. We give you the Mud Blueberry Muffin Smoothie.


  • 1 tbsp MUD\WTR
  • ½ cup nut milk of your choice (unsweetened vanilla almond milk works great)
  • 4-6oz Greek yogurt (substitute coconut-milk yogurt if choosing to make vegan)
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¼ cup gluten-free oats 
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ cup ice cube


  1. Add all ingredients to Vitamix or blender. Combine and enjoy!
