MUD\WTR Blueberry Muffin Smoothie
While everyone's diet on the MUD\WTR team varies, we all agree that muffins taste amazing. And the only thing better than a blueberry muffin is a healthy smoothie that tastes like one. We give you the MUD\WTR Blueberry Muffin Smoothie.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp MUD\WTR's :rise Cacao blend
- ½ cup nut milk of your choice (unsweetened vanilla almond milk works great)
- 4-6oz Greek yogurt (substitute coconut-milk yogurt if choosing to make vegan)
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ frozen banana
- ¼ cup gluten-free oats
- ¼ teaspoon lemon zest
- ½ cup ice cube
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender. Combine and enjoy!
