Salted Caramel Mud Smoothie

The deets.

 The grocery stores are filled with pumpkins and fall decorations, but that doesn't mean you can't still enjoy a smoothie from time to time. We had Chef Gabe put together a smoothie that is healthier than it tastes. Give this a try before the last bit of warm days are gone. 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of milk of choice (we like unsweetened almond milk)
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp MUD\WTR
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 1 tbsp lucuma
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
  2. Enjoy!
