Vanilla Iced Mud

You were expecting a Vanilla Ice reference weren't ya? Don't worry we will spare you that one this time. If you're like us then iced mud has been your morning ritual through these warm days. With adaptogens and mushrooms getting the reputation as earthy or bitter, we wanted to show you that just isn't the case and you can still satisfy your sweet tooth while getting the benefits of mud! So we recommend putting on the classic and giving Vanilla Iced Mud a try.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp MUD\WTR
  • 1 tbsp MUD\WTR :creamer
  • 1 tbsp MUD\WTR :sweetener
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup hot water
  • ½ cup oat milk

Directions

  1. Add mud, creamer, sweetener, vanilla extract, and hot water to a large mug and mix using frother.
  2. Add ice to a mason jar and pour mud mixture over ice.
  3. Add oat milk, stir and enjoy.
