Single Serve Cacao Lava Cake

This gooey lava cake can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Just grab a tin of your preferred MUD\WTR blend and a few other simple ingredients, and you'll be starting your day with a boost of sweetness or ending your night with a cozy treat.

Ingredients:

• ⅓ cup flour 
• 1 tbsp MUD\WTR’s :rise Cacao or :rest Rooibos blend
• 1 egg
• ½ cup yogurt 
• ½ tbsp baking powder 
• 1 piece of chocolate
• Bananas for topping

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
2. Mix together the flour, :rise Cacao (or :rest Rooibos) and egg in a ramekin.
3. Add the yogurt and baking powder to the same ramekin and mix again.
4. Place a piece of chocolate in the middle of the mixture.
5. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes. 
6. Serve with sliced banana.
