Acai Berry Smoothie Bowl

If you're looking to switch up your morning breakfast routine, then give this refreshing and fruity smoothie bowl a try. Just grab a tin of your favorite MUD\WTR :rise powder and a few other ingredients and get blending.
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp/6 g MUD\WTR's :rise Cacao or :rise Matcha
- 1 small pack of frozen acai
- 1 cup loosely packed spinach
- 1 tbsp/10 g maple syrup (sub 1/4 cup of dates)
- 1 cup/126 g frozen banana
- 1/2” ginger peeled
- 1 cup/126 g frozen mixed berries
- 3/4 cup/170 g cashew milk
- Toppings of choice (see below for some fun options).
Preparations:
- Throw everything into a blender (excluding topping ingredients).
- Mix until smooth.
- Pour your smoothie into a bowl and finish with fun toppings including bee pollen, shredded coconut, cacao nibs, nuts/seeds and fruit.
