Where were you born and what was your childhood like?
I was born and raised in Westborough, Massachusetts. I grew up on a small farm with horses and goats and loved getting lost in the woods with my friends.
What is your favorite way to distress?
Working out is my go-to distress tactic. Movement helps me get out of my head and into my body more than anything else. I gravitate towards weightlifting since it works well with my body and helps me improve my mental health.
What is a quote that inspires you?
"Be the change you wish to see in the world" -Gandhi
Who is someone you love to follow on social media?

Describe your morning or evening ritual.
I wake up in the morning and check my basal body temperature with my daysy device to track my fertility. I make a cup of tea or mud and then I meditate. Then get dressed and go to the gym for morning movement. Then comes breakfast and a shower where I end on cold water for a minute.
What is your favorite way to make your mud?
I love adding coconut creamer, stevia and additional lion's mane to my mud to help even more with brain health.
How does mud make you feel?
Mud gives me a little boost of energy that is sustained and does not make me anxious or jittery.
