Where were you born and what was your childhood like?
I was born and raised in Westborough, Massachusetts. I grew up on a small farm with horses and goats and loved getting lost in the woods with my friends.
What is your favorite way to de-stress?
Working out is my go-to de-stress tactic. Movement helps me get out of my head and into my body more than anything else. I gravitate toward weightlifting since it works well with my body and helps me improve my mental health.

Who is someone you love to follow on social media?
Describe your morning or evening ritual.
I wake up in the morning and check my basal body temperature with my Daysy device to track my fertility. I make a cup of tea or mud and then I meditate. Then get dressed and go to the gym for morning movement. Then comes breakfast and a shower where I end on cold water for a minute.
What is your favorite way to make your mud?
I love adding coconut :creamer, stevia and additional lion's mane to my mud to help even more with promoting brain health.
How does mud make you feel?
Mud gives me a little boost of energy that is sustained and does not make me anxious or jittery.
