Yes, you can put butter in your mud. Sounds a bit weird we know. Butter in coffee has grown in popularity because of the sustained energy benefits the fats bring you. If you are someone who enjoyed a buttery froth to your morning ritual and are making the switch from coffee, we got you. We give you our version, Butter Mud

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp MUD\WTR
  • 1 tbsp of unsalted butter or ghee
  • 1 tbsp MCT Oil or MUD Creamer
  • 12 oz hot water

Directions

  1. Add ingredients to either a mason jar and froth with the mud whip
  2. If you like extra froth, add ingredients to a blender and blend
  3. Enjoy!
