Want your kale smoothies to actually taste good? We got you. Try this (Green) Mud Smoothie next time you want some greens and mushrooms in your life.


  • 1 tbsp of MUD\WTR
  • 2 cups of a plant based milk
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 3 frozen bananas 
  • 1 ½ cups of kale
  • 2 tbsp of a nut butter of your choice
  • 1 tbsp of hemp seeds


  1. Add all ingredients to your blender
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour and enjoy
