(Green) Mud Smoothie
Kale gets a bad rap. But like anything, it’s what you do with it that matters. Want your kale smoothies to actually taste good? We got you. Try this (Green) Mud Smoothie next time your morning needs an earthy, leafy kickstart.
- 1 tbsp of MUD\WTR's :rise blend
- 2 cups of a plant-based milk
- 2 medjool dates
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 ½ cups of kale
- 2 tbsp of a nut butter of your choice
- 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
- Add all the ingredients to your blender.
- Blend 'em up until nice and smooth.
- Pour and enjoy.
- Easy, huh?
