Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of MUD\WTR
- 2 cups of a plant based milk
- 2 medjool dates
- 3 frozen bananas
- 1 ½ cups of kale
- 2 tbsp of a nut butter of your choice
- 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
Directions
- Add all ingredients to your blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour and enjoy
