With summer in full swing, it's time to turn down the temperature on your mud ritual—and up your shroom intake while you’re at it. Ditch the kettle, fill up those ice cube trays and we'll see you in the kitchen for a round of “Ice Ice Baby” … er, Vanilla Iced Lattes.

Directions

  1. Add the :rise, :mushroom boost, :creamer, :sweetener, vanilla extract and hot water to a large mug. Grab your mud whip and get frothing until nice and even.
  2. Add lots of ice to a mason jar and pour the mixture over.
  3. Add the oat milk, stir and enjoy.
