WTF is
MUD\WTR was dreamt up to reduce my coffee dependence. Coffee is a stimulant, slingshotting my energy levels, I wanted a more balanced approach to boosting focus and wakefulness.
But we're not against coffee! We want to evolve how we rise, wake up, and find energy through the use of functional mushrooms. I have really enjoyed it! I HATE mushrooms, but i dont taste any. I also think it’s important to distinguish it is NOT mushroom coffee. It doesnt taste like coffee. It is definitely more tea-like. I can taste the chai and cocoa and a bit of earthiness. The little mixer is GREAT for making sure its properly mixed. The last drink or two are a bit gritty/chalky, but as long as i expect it, it doesnt bother me. I use a little less water than instructed and a splash of creamer. I drink one cup instead of the 2 or 3 cups of coffee i used to. I also am not dragging as much in the afternoon. Sleep hasnt been a problem for me in the past, though i am probably sleeping a bit better. Overall i have really enjoyed it!

I love this stuff! I’m 66 years old and even though I eat healthy and I’m in good shape, I just don’t have the energy that I want to have. So I started drinking those horrible energy drinks. Horrible for you. I decided I needed to stop drinking those and start drinking something that was actually healthy for my body when all of a sudden I got this ad on YouTube, I think.🙄
Anyway, I tried it and really liked it. I now have a subscription for it so I never run out. The best part is I no longer have any urge for those horrible energy drinks!
