I love that mushroom boost give me options. Maybe I want to add it to my decaf coffee. Maybe I want to boost my matcha. Most often I mix it into my yogurt. A lot of times, I just go cinnamon challenge style and take it straight, washing it down with a glass of water. Whichever delivery method, I find myself with a mood boost a few minutes later. It’s a regular part of my mornings and afternoons.
