We drink the Rest version of Mud/Wtr after 5 pm. We drink the caffeinated version before that. They both taste fantastic. In fact, they are so good that my wife has completely stopped drinking coffee. (I never was a coffee drinker.) So thanks to the fine folks at Mud/Wtr, my wife is now getting three servings of adaptogenic organic mushrooms each day going into her body, instead of pesticide-infused coffee.
