I like the flavor kinda taste like pumpkin pie … I like the mental clarity n it seems to help my stomach some. I haven’t had a lot of energy from it though.

I love the taste, it’s like a nice cup of chai. I love it with oat or whole milk and honey. I wouldn’t say it gives me the same amount of energy as a cup of coffee in the morning, but where coffee would make me feel nauseous and jittery most mornings, this has me feeling energized in a more stable and grounded way. My only pet peeve with the product is that it does tend to settle fairly quickly so you have to keep stirring as you drink, but that’s very minor- just something to keep in mind if textures bother you. I also love that it came with a frother! It’s a really nice, high quality one too with two replaceable heads and a cover. Overall, I love this product and will try to keep it in stock as my new morning drink.
