There is no standard keto diet, so it’s up to you to decide. The 3 g carbs in each serving is a small amount, and most keto diets will allow for a mug of :balance Turmeric in the day.

What does :balance Turmeric taste like?

You'll discover the business end when you drink it straight—you get a very prim, well-mannered turmeric tea, slightly fruity and sweet, a little spicy, but overall respectable. Ready for a party? Add in something creamy, like our :creamer, and lessgoooo. When you start experimenting, :balance becomes a mosh pit of spiraling flavors … and you're standing right in front of the PA.
What contributes to the carbs and fiber? Usually tea doesn't contain these macros.
The majority of the carbs come from the mushrooms and whole turmeric in :balance Turmeric, which typical herbal teas do not contain.

I've been looking for a golden milk like this for years. It's just the right amount of spice and it has been the perfect reason for me to take an afternoon work break lately 🧡 I've been drinking MUD\WTR for over a year now and trust that their ingredients are the best quality possible. Because of that this turmeric flavor profile feels extra medicinal. It's awesome to feel like I'm doing something healing for my mind and body when drinking it.
I make mine with just enough hot water to froth the powder, add a bit of honey and then top it off with warm almond milk. I can't recommend it enough.

Coffee and I have been in a committed, monogamous relationship for many years--but it isn't always a great relationship. I starting adding :balance to my coffee (I like it best with milk and sugar) and I've gone from drinking WAY TOO MUCH coffee to less than two cups.
This mud has a strong turmeric flavor (obviously). It's a bit much without sweetener, but it's a lovely, warm flavor with just those additions.
