I love this stuff! It's not just for your morning mud. I use it in smoothies, homemade dairy free ice cream, sprinkled on top of fresh fruit or warm blueberry compote, dairy-and grain-free baking, and more. I may even sneak a spoonful now and again when I'm feeling peckish because it is tastey and takes the edge off of hunger. It's a good way to sneak some healthy fat into my diet.
