How to make the perfect turmeric tea

A tablespoon or 6g is good.
Pour 6-12 oz. of hot milk or water.
80% of customers use creamer or milk, 25% add sweetener too.

There is no standard keto diet, so it’s up to you to decide. The 3 g carbs in each serving is a small amount, and most keto diets will allow for a mug of :balance Turmeric in the day.

What does :balance Turmeric taste like?

You'll discover the business end when you drink it straight—you get a very prim, well-mannered turmeric tea, slightly fruity and sweet, a little spicy, but overall respectable. Ready for a party? What contributes to the carbs and fiber? Usually tea doesn't contain these macros.
The majority of the carbs come from the mushrooms and whole turmeric in :balance Turmeric, which typical herbal teas do not contain.

I must say; I used to have a bit of a weight problem, you know when you are hungry in between meals, and then gain weight for it? Well, I know that Turmeric is a good anti-inflammatory, and I know how healthy the ingredients are in these mud water drinks, so I thought: “why not?” I bought this and made myself an afternoon latte, without the guilt of too many calories, or being afraid of the caffeine (there isn’t any) to keep me awake all night. YUMmmmMMM!!! OMgoodness, I was not only satiated, but satisfied without food (or coffee) until dinner. Thank you SO much Mud Water for this terrific Turmeric drink. It was REALLY tasty! 😋 I added a teaspoon of honey, a heaping Tablespoon of a coconut creamer, boiling water - whip it up and add enough whole milk or cream to make it “blond”. Divine.
